Eagle One Home Inspections is a premier home inspection company serving the Stanislaus, Merced, and San Joaquin County Valley areas. We are owned and operated by Richard Bonander, a Certified CREIA Inspector and past president, secretary, and treasurer of the Delta Chapter of CREIA.
Richard is a native of Turlock, California. He is married to Sue Best. He started the home inspection business on March 1, 2004, and has performed over 5,000 fee-paid inspections since then.
